Welcome! I’m excited to be your 8th Grade Math and Algebra teacher. This is my 15th year in education, with 14 of those years spent as a special education teacher supporting students from 2nd through 8th grade. Most of my experience has been in middle school, where I’ve specialized in providing math support and services to help all students build confidence and succeed. I was born in Arizona, raised in California, and have been back in Arizona for about 30 years. I’ve been married for 26 years and am proud to be the mom of three adult sons and the grandma of two wonderful grandchildren. I love helping students discover their strengths and grow as thinkers—and I’m looking forward to a great year!
